Subway

I ordered the new Falafel sandwich and when I got outside to my car to open it up the falafel poured out of the sandwich. I couldn't pick it up because the Falafel was so crumbled, that it was inedible. I brought it back in to the rude sandwich maker and he said "You asked for Falafel" I did but not a crumbled mess and he said I will cut it for you. I said no thank you can I get a meatball instead this is inedible and he went to get more Falafel. I said no a meatball and he was miffed but made the sandwich eventually after arguing with me about what Falafel was. No Tahini sauce BTW only Tsaziki which is Greek! Anyway see the photo and decide for yourself.

Witnessed the bratty girl behind the counter abusively berate the surprised customer in front of us for trying to use a coupon on his sandwich order. She nastily told him the type of sandwich he ordered wasn't valid for the coupon even though his coupon very clearly had no such exclusions. When he pointed that out she yelled at him for not presenting the coupon before the order so she could tell him the special rules they made up for accepting coupons. He then said that he wanted a different type of sandwich so he could use his coupon. She refused and verbally abused the guy some more. I was stunned watching this - completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I finally suggested to the poor guy that there was another (better) Subway just down the road where he could take his coupon. Meanwhile my own sandwich unsurprisingly was overpriced and had the least amount of meat on it I've ever gotten on a Subway sandwich. They didn't have two of the standard toppings I asked for, and made it like I was unreasonable for asking. Easily the worst example of a Subway restaurant I've ever experienced - and I wasn't even the worst treated customer in the place. Stingy with ingredients, incredibly rude staff. Embarrassingly bad. Here's hoping they go out of business before too many other customers are similarly mistreated.

I am regularly eating at different subway locations in the area, but I am disappointed by this one. I held back on writing a review until I've been here several times to give them the benefit of doubt, but now that I've been here a few times, I can't say much good about it. It feels like it takes forever to get a sandwich, if there are people in line in front of me I might as well turn around because my lunch break just isn't long enough to wait in line for 10 minutes. Also recently I had the wrong cheese on my sandwich, when it was brought to the employee's attention the cheese was taken off my sandwich and put back in the box on top of the other fresh cheese (!!), also I ordered Bacon which wasn't on the sandwich. Another gentleman who entered the store behind me saw the line, audibly asked "Is he alone in here?" (looking at the sole employee behind the counter), once I confirmed he was like "I don't have time for this" and left. Also for this location's size and easy parking, there's very few customers there whenever I got lunch, while at other close by locations it's hard to even find a parking space cause so many people want to get food - now I understand why. The location seems clean, but that might be because there doesn't seem to be a lot of customers. Also I do believe the employee is doing the best he can, it might just be too much for just one person. Honestly, if you're craving for Subway, I'd suggest going to a different location than this, it's really not worth the wait and the hassle.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. Terrible service, no communication at all from the staff. I could barely hear the guy when he spoke. I was told my coupon cannot be used even though it has no restrictions listed. Then I go to the fountain drinks, and get sprayed with soda because the nozzle was not even on, lady comes and screws a nozzle in. Then I try again and the nozzle falls into my drink. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Hey.. we have all eaten at Subway and all their sandwiches and special dressings are amazing. But this particular one is a real stand out! The gentleman who prepared our sandwiches made them to perfection. My daughter had a veggie deluxe 12 inch and i had the chicken teriyaki on the limited time cheesy garlic bread with the garlic dressing. Simply amazing. The guy was very friendly and made you feel like a guest not a patron. I live in NJ and been to alot of them but this one in Oxford CT was by far the best! Usually I post pictures but after smelling these subs we just tore into them!
