We had a long stay in the children’s hospital so we bought the app and it was well worth it. The staff here are so kind and efficient, thank you!

Great food as always. We wanted to post here that the lady tidying and vacuuming the area was so meticulous and hard working. She even worked hard to get to the gaps in the walls and seat cushions. If anyone knows who was working on 31st 12 midday please send her our thanks.

Just want to get a recognition out there for a certain staff member who I feel went above and beyond for me. I had a very stressful day but her customer service skills were impeccable!! Please pass this on to Karolina (I hope I spelt it right) she’s a credit to your team!! Thank you!!

Visited Pret at the JR hospital. A bit of a queue but it moved quickly. Sandwich was fine. No complaints....other than nowhere much to sit. Never mind.
