Store is clean. Social distancing is encouraged. Masks are worn by the staff, who are quick, friendly and efficient. This is my 3rd visit this year, and each time was good. I walk in to pick up my drinks, and my orders have been done correctly. I like this store and its staff! I especially enjoyed my visit in July. For that visit, I picked up my free birthday drink. Last Wednesday I picked up my free Wednesday coffee. I’ll be back tomorrow. Love the perks!

So I guess when you order a bagel toasted with cream cheese, that ACTUALLY means a not toasted bagel with a small amount of cream cheese on only half of the bagel. Thank you for the cold bagel I didn't order.

Sometimes it's the attention to details that makes all the difference. Everyone has been to DD and gotten a random assortment of some kind. Sometimes you miss out on a full suite of choices or the random dozen has 8 glazed in it. This visit was a perfect variety of randomness, and the office cleaned out the boxes of donuts and munchkins in a giddy frenzy

This is literally the WORST dunkin in the area. None of the staff are capable of making a proper coffee. Not only that, but they are also extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this dunkin because disappointment awaits.

This has to be the SLOWEST Dunkin in all of Tampa Bay. They literally take an order, have the car drive to the window, and won't take the next cars order until the 1st car pulls away. Someone needs to hire the people from ChickFilA down the road to show this Dunkin how a drive thru actually works....

Friendly staff. Dirty floors and sticky tables. Garbage cans are so vile you are afraid to stand by them. Plenty of power outlets inside with a patio plugged in outside as well.

I wish there is a zero star. Dirty inside, out of everything, long wait driving through, wrong orders, and above all rude staff. I wonder why DD let this franchise drag bier reputation to the ground? I'll pay the extra dollar for a clean place, better quality products, and service with a smile from Starbucks.

I come here on a regular basis and it's usually really consistently good. But today I got an unsweetened tea that was must have been at least 1/4 coffee. But they fixed it right away with a delicious iced tea.
