I just paid a hundred dollars for a meal for my family who is gathering during a sad time.. They were under staffed but I did ask if I had all of my order and they stated yes.
When I arrived to my family's home I'm missing all the biscuits and any condiments. I'm very disappointed and I'm 20 minutes away.... l will not return

Whoever runs this place should be ashamed of there self. The seats are lumpy. The tables are falling apart and the walls are disgusting. This store needs fixed up before i come back inside. The food and service is good. This complaint is more for the owner of the store. Hire someone to fix this store. Needs new tables and chairs badly. Not 1 table looked good.

We always receive the best service at this location. A huge shout out to Robert. He is always professional, helpful and friendly and he keeps us coming back frequently to this location. The food is good and we have never had a bad experience. Thank you KFC Palm Harbor and Robert :)

We've been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks and I must say that we have been very pleased with the food and the service that we have received. This past visit they were running out of chicken so they substituted several pieces with breasts, which provided more chicken to be sure! The food was hot and the order was correct with both visits. I definitely reccomend this location.

The employees are super friendly ,& it's by FAR the best KFC for miles. The chicken is always perfect. Never overdone, never cold, always freshly made. Can't say enough about it. I had a KFC 1.25 miles from my house and i gladly drive the extra 15-20 mins just to get the good from this location. It's that much better and the employees deserve raises they always serve you with a smile on their face and kind words.
Compared to the soggy nasty garbage they sell at the Oldsmar KFC/Taco Bell.
