Most staff were not able to understand the concept of a hand pour over, while pour over machine was broken.
Thankful to a supervisor (I did not get the name of, name tags sparse here) he finally came to show how simple such a coffee making process is.
The attitude of this cafe is not impressive.
Needs work, hope for best next time.

I would minus a star because it isn't a very well maintained starbucks. in the past ive seen gnats flying inside the snack area, and the floor is a bit foul. but service is great and it's pretty fast. good drinks - i usually get the cold brew or pink drink and have no problems with my order

When I got there not even hello or did not acknowledge me at all. When I picked my order not even thank you or have a great day. It was the barista at 2pm. What ever you are going threw need too put that on the side and let someone else’s do the job better.

It’s fine and consistent products make it an easy stop. Sort of like McDonald’s for coffee at this point.

Pretty shocked. There was a sign says by mask is required. Went in and all four customers sitting inside were not wearing a mask. Not a single customer. Even worse... Two employees were not wearing. One had a mask below his mouth the whole time. The other put the mask up when he talked to me but was not covering his nose. They clearly don't understand the point of masks and risks associated with indoor activities.
I went ahead and ordered but then ran away. I am just shocked Starbucks allows this in th middle of Palo alto university ave. A store owner should be held accountable...
