You can have arugula on your pizza, but you can have croutons on your pizza at Pieology. Trade-offs.
If you sign up for their club (email + name), they somehow find your mailing address, birthday, and phone number. It's a bit creepy. Though they sent me a free pizza for my birthday, so you can try it out. Still creepy.

My girlfriend and I decided to go to Pizza Studio this evening after being discouraged by the local Domino's reviews. We both really enjoyed choosing our own ingredients and building our own pizzas! They bake the pizza while you wait and it came out tasting great. The price was very reasonable, and we were also impressed with how nice the employees were! Go here!

The place is awesome. At first I thought it was too gimmicky to build my own pizza and then watch it rapidly go through a convection type of heater but the result was excellent. The toppings are great and varied as well as the choices of crust. It's a fast food concept with quality food and even though it is fast doesn't make the food unhealthy.

This place is awesome it's like a sub shop where you can build your own sub. But here you pick your own crust, sauce and then all the toppings you want on it. Then they send it through the oven and it's done very quickly and ready to eat in no time. I wish there were more of them around!
