Nice atmosphere, okay drinks, okay food. It’s open later than anything else downtown, so unless you want generic fast food out by the interstate, this is a good bet. Make sure the salt and pepper are handy.

Take a step back in time at the Rainbow. Good food and an atmosphere that reflects the strong ranching history of Pendleton.
Always a good recommendation when you see many local ranchers coming in for breakfast.
Fantastic memorabilia on the walls.
Definitely worth checking out. 👍🏻

After a early morning disaster at another local establishment (See Rooster's CK review). We find the RC....First off..Shelly was awesome. She's been working 11 days straight, looked tuckered out, but her attitude and service was outstanding. Ordered b-fast. Large country fried steaks, light battered and seasoned....Delicious! Bloody Mary's were great. Great atmosphere! A must do.

An amazing example of classic, undervalued Americana. This place has been around since the 1800s. Don't miss its wonderful portions and western style. These are the cultural institutions that form the backbone of American settlement in the west. Come and experience a cultural and culinary institution in the wonderful town of Pendleton!

Amazing breakfast. You must try the chicken fried steak one of a kind.
I don't know about the bar at night, but we stopped in for breakfast and were extremely happy.
It takes time because of the small kitchen but its well worth the wait.

Horrible service. Slow. Possibly Racist; Saw two tables of colored patrons left with empty tables for over an hour after ordering, while white patrons who came in later were served immediately. Burnt eggs too.

This is the best place to eat and drink in Pendleton. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner.
