Placed order online since they said they delivered food. After i paid said time to pick up called them to cancel since i couldn't drive. She said she will refund my money this was on the 1st. Well called them today since have not received money. Said i will get it in 3 working days. I hope so

The brisket burnt ends were cold. The mac and cheese was delicious. Drinks were decent size. The rolls and the corn bread muffin was nasty. Corn bread had ancient dried corn kernels in it. It was overpriced for small portions and quality of food.

Staff was wonderful! Very patient when we didn't know what to order. Food tasted so good. We will be back

Dickeys has gone downhill and hit rock bottom. Over cooked and dry as leather brisket and ribs. Potato casserole is just nasty leftovers. Onion tanglers were coated in a ton of salt! Employees were hiding in the back. Used to be good, overpriced and terrible now!

Food was amazing and the coleslaw was great! Customer service was beyond great! We tried the three meet plate and the spicy food was just perfect.

I couldn't tell if it was a dude or a chick but it had hickeys all over it's neck. Very unprofessional. Not only that but just to get my order taken took forever and a day. AND the lid for the bbq sauce didn't even fit so I had to just take it and leave with it open.

I ordered brisket burnt ends and green beans the green beans were horrible I couldn't even eat one the burnt ends were greasy and dry at the same time it was just nasty. The person at the counter was rude and just not a very nice person I will never ever go there again.

Not sure if they were just having a bad day or if they think this is the standard for BBQ. Just here for work and the dickies in have in Tennessee are way better and cheaper.
The barbecue was cold and I’ve never gotten any that was so greasy.
