I have never had such a horrid experience at a fast food restaurant. I ordered in the lobby and waited for my food. The workers COMPLETELY ignored EVERYONE in the lobby, the were LOUDLY swearing in the back, while there were children and elderly women waiting. After 25 minutes, I had not even received my drinks. I approached the counter, and saw the FILTHY kitchen. I had to say, "excuse me" to get anyone's attention. When the young women approached the counter, I explained that I wanted my $ back. At that point she began to pour our drinks, I said, "no, I no longer want the food, I want my money back". She left the counter, stopped to talk to her coworkers, and then one of them went to get the manager. I did receive my money back. WORST experience EVER. Would NOT recommend

Enter restaurant an was not greeted by anyone even though you could see two girls working the window. No signs on counter instructing you to use the order Kiosk nor did anyone behind the counter say anything. Tables in restaurant were dirty, food was ok but slightly cool. Before leaving we told another lady to use the kiosk so she didn't get mad an leave like the prior two people did. Very rude staff.

We stopped here at the drive-thru for a quick dinner. It wound up not being quick. There was 3 cars ahead of us in the drive-thru and it took us almost 20 minutes to get our order from the time we pulled up. I don't think it was a lack of trying, it could have been because the cars in front of us had large orders. We ordered the party pack with 4 tacos and 4 bean burritos. It came to $16 just for that. It seems a little steep for 8 items. They didn't have it ready for us when we pulled up to the window so we sat for a couple minutes longer. The tacos were very good, the meat actually tasted like taco meat. The bean burritos were runny and made a mess on my shirt as I drove down the highway. Overall it was a good visit with good food.

I wish I took photos! Literally the most disgusting fast food restaurant I’ve been to in my life. It’s 9am and there’s crusty food on all of the tables and stuff splattered all over the garbage cans. Then we used the bathrooms….FOOD on the floors, tons of other debris including used tampons and god knows what else. Probably because the garbage cans were overflowing. Nasty funk ALL over the toilet seats and sinks. NO toilet paper either! My friend told me the mens was just as bad. I didn’t pee. We didn’t eat. We just walked out. If the lobby and bathrooms were that disgusting an hour after opening I can’t even imagine what’s going on in the kitchen.

I went through drive-thru last night 6/21/22 and after completing my order I was informed that they were out of lettuce that should be done in the beginning of the order I also had to repeat everything that I was ordering multiple times to the individual that was working and drive through there were 3 cars in line including me I was the middle car and nobody in the dining room so it wasn't that busy I'm changing my rating to a two-star because of this so I told them to cancel the order
