Burger King

If I could give it no stars I would. The last three times my wife has gone to this Burger King the order has been wrong. There is always something missing in the order. Went there today and placed order and the total was 5.99. We gave the girl two five dollar bills and she gave me a penny back. I told her that we gave her two fives and she turned and told the others that I only gave her a five and a one. Well we had to pull forward and wait for them to count the drawer before finally getting our change. All of this because they thought I wanted to steal 4 bucks. Give me a darn break. I live in Pendleton but this is the last time that I eat at this poorly maintained and managed fast food chain.

I've not always had the best experience at this BK but it's close to my house and easy to get on the way home from work. The last few times I've been, there has been a young man working the window that was so energetic and out going. Q's energy and positive attitude made me smile. It's nice to see people who are happy at work and enjoy what they do especially in these time of staff shortages almost everywhere. Thanks Q!

This was by far the worst customer service I've ever had at a fast food place. And that's saying something. They had no customers, but the woman at the drive thru was already furious that I came to order. Sighing loudly because I needed to look at the menu (I've never had breakfast here, how would I know), screaming through the intercom, atrocious attitude when I pulled forward. After that, interaction she was smiling when she gave me my food after making me pull forward. At that point I was pretty sure she had done something to my food so I threw everything out. I know a lot of people say this, but I will never eat here again.

Was told at 9:45a.m. on 8/19/21 they were out of biscuits and are not making anymore. Sounds like they did a great job at hiring a bunch of winners. I have been going to that Burger King for the last 20 years but today will be my last day ever visiting that restaurant. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with that establishment.
