Mcdonald's

Waited 15min in my car in spot 3 for a curbside order, only to find out after I went inside and I watched the manger go out, only to hear “hey who took that curbside order out?” Nobody at that store knew what was going on or who took it out? One guy literally looked around said “curbside order what are you talking about?” I’d give it 1 star but the manager stepped in, personally made my order and handed it to me. The staff there is trash. I understand your busy I respect that. But you shouldn’t just hand someone else’s food to another person.

They must think people are dumb I ordered a strawberry pie and they asked us to wait because they needed to be baked and when we went back they where still in the freezer so I said I was fine with apple BUT HERES WHERE IT GETS BAD!! they grabbed a Apple pie and hid to take off the tag/sticker with the expiration date because little did they know that I know that they are supposed to fill new ones at 5 and they didn’t want too so they just gave me one of the old ones (it was around 6:30 or so at the time) along with that I went to the restroom and I heard to employees talking about being short handed well maybe if your short handed don’t hang out in the bathroom to complain and do your job no wonder no one wants to work for this McDonald’s I was truly angered I’ve heard bad things about this store before and I am related to a supervisor of many McDonald’s and now I can confirm this McDonald’s is just absolutely horrible OH AND THE FRIES DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE COLD FRIES!!! How embarrassing!!

Waited in line 15 minutes for a 2 for $6 special and watched no less than 6 other customers who ordered after I did get their food first. Then when I finally said something the bag boy actually had the audacity to ask for my receipt insinuating that I hadn't actually ordered anything. After the girl who took my order tried to intervene, he stomped off like a two year old. She tried to make it right, but at that point it was too late. This store is not customer friendly, aligning with most greasy Ron's of today. 👎👎👎

The staff here is unorganized. They tried to stop takin order half hour before close. They had people behind the counter in street clothes. I stopped off the highway to grab a quick snack and was seriously not impressed with the way this restaurant was bein run by young people. Like I mentioned, someone is street clothes behind the counter told the cashier to stop takin orders (mine) until her mom the manager comes back? Like..what in the world??? Who owns this McDonald's? And are the owners aware that the people there just stop makin them money anytime they don't wanna work? Get it together, SMH. At least I was only passing thru and it's not my local area. Also, a doordasher was there and I seen her open up someone's bag and sift thru it lookin for sauce that was supposed to be in the bag and wasn't. Happy that wasn't my food cause I'm positive she didn't wash her hands before she moved all them fries around lookin for BBQ sauce 🤢

Don't waste your time going to this McDonald's they close whenever they want so when you do mobile order and pay waste your time and gas to find out the are closed. No care whatsoever about the customer. Always doing this and having an attitude about as well. Now I have to wait to get refunded and spend more money going somewhere else. Fricken joke this place is
