Great customer service!!. They are truly doing everything they can with dealing with Covid19 and the high demand of customers at this truck stop gas station.. and the sweet young ma. That was getting our drinks was doing a Great Job Too..

Employees need to slow down, read the order, and get orders correct. Need to pay better attention to how they prepare orders. Some people can't not have dairy products because it makes them ill.

Order was systematically up charged to large without ordering that way. When I asked the cashier if they are trained to automatically up charge...the answer was YES.
He was wasn't to sure what to say when asked how he felt about being a trained petty thief for a corporate giant.......
Stop and think, realize that $.79 @ 1,000 orders X 14,000 US stores =$11M a day stollen from customers.
Times that by 365 days = $4 Trillon/yr
NO other restaurant does this......

Guess truckers can't be hungry at 3am on Christmas. If I have to work and the people at pilot work, you can find 2 or 3 people with nothing better to do than work as well. Pilots getting 1 star too, don't worry.

Ok I wish that they would start serving fresh chicken nuggets if I don't ask for fresh and wait it seems like you get nuggets that have been in the warmer for hours they r hard crunchy and I can barely bite into them.

McDonald's has really went downhill you would think since they don't do much inside business anymore then you wouldn't have to wait in the Drive-Thru for as long as you have to. You would think that they would focus more on getting people through the drive-through and on their way. McDonald's could use a makeover on their service and their food
