Texas Roadhouse

So this is the beef tip family dinner with a side salad and you get one side. I picked mashed potatoes and gravy and you also get a bag of rolls with butter and you get peanuts in the bag they are back 😜 it was only $18 it didn't even go over $20 it's really good and two people can share it's delicious. 😋

Well, was excited to have dinner with my amazing beautiful wife and our youngest daughter who had picked TR for dinner after a hard days of putting up Christmas lights outside. Had an amazing waiter, it was packed as it seems always. We had made reservations online and got in after about 10 minutes, ordered, enjoyed the bread…and as we were sitting talking, playing tic-tac-toe, I looked out the window 🪟 to see a cockroach on the frame of the windowsill as big as my thumb (maybe a little bigger) on the wall about a foot from crawling on the table. I almost lost my sh….but didn’t want my wife and kid to start screaming as they absolutely would have…the “thing” crawled away and as I kept glancing over it had went above light and view. We ate and that was the end of that. Let’s go honey as we left quickly… I mean sh…happens but man, I hope Texas Roadhouse, you take action on this review and have your place walked with a fine tooth comb with an exterminator, and probably a new exterminator as well. I have a great one that will stop this from happening! Copper State Pest Management ask for Alex R the owner! I’d be happy to share his contact information. I don’t think I can come back knowing this image is embedded in my head and all I will do is be looking for something crawling on the walls or as I was this past evening, under the tables, as I was dancing my feet so one didn’t crawl up my leg! I didn’t feel fair to give a hack low start review but again I hope action is taken for the health and safety of your staff who are amazing, and of course, your customers. And I still haven’t told my wife as I know she will get so so angry. Being a cleaning, sanitization family owned business, this is something that will drive us nutty! Keeping clean and bug free, your staff and customers deserve that!!!!

Alexis was our server last night. She was amazing, so tentative and made sure we were good on our drinks, the food, any refills of bread, sodas, beer, cleared our plates once we were done with appetizers and meals. She was really nice and very sweet. Texas Roadhouse hires the most amazing servers. Please request a table in her area, you won't be disappointed!!!

Went to this location for a friends birthday and was very impressed. There was a little wait when we 1st arrived but didn’t seem that long since there was plenty of seating in the “waiting area”. Once we got taken back to our table we were given 2 large bowls of those Famous Texas Roadhouse rolls with butter. The steak was great and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this location

We went on 9/23 at 7:00. We checked in online and were seated within 20 minutes. Our waiter Logan, was a little tardy at the beginning. (The restaurant was extremely busy) When he did engage he was wonderful. He was filling drinks without request. Asking about appetizers, within a couple of minutes from receipt. Our food came, I was asked to refill wine and was asked within minutes how was our food. He was amazing, never missed a beat during our stay. This is from an old waitress. Oh yeah. Cream on the top was the food was excellent!

Really good location! Very clean, and whole team was very friendly and kind. Food was great and steak was cooked perfect. My wife ordered a chicken fried steak, but received a country fried steak instead by accident. When we asked for them to make the original order, our waitress was on it immediately and the replacement came out very quick. Definitely an easy mistake that we didn't push, but we really appreciated how genuine everyone was about fixing it as quickly as possible! Great team here.

I wanted to thank you so much for providing excellent customer service. My father has early onset dementia and he is terrified of knives. We did not think before eating at your restaurant that this would be an issue. I want to say that your waiter Harrison didn’t even ask questions of why we were hiding the knives, but he quickly took them away from the table. In a very secretive manner. It was absolutely flawless. He didn’t even know what he was doing. Also, when we asked Harrison if he could cut up my father’s steak, he asked manager, Leroy Paul, and he jumped in and said he would do it himself. This is a prime example about going above and beyond for a customer service. I truly appreciate it and wanted to let you know how awesome your staff jumped into action. Thank you. This is my father’s first trip to Arizona and we finally got him out of the house to go have dinner. We were just so happy to get them out of the house. We did not think of the logistics, but you guys made her experience very pleasurable.
