Sweet Tomatoes

My favorite buffet ever. The selections of items in the salad bar is on point, the soups and breads are amazing and for $10 the to go box is incredible. Most places like this go by weight if you want it to go.. not here.. you can stuff the box to the brim with soup, salad, breads or whatever you desire and it's $10 ... I always have enough for 2 meals.. Love it and highly recommend it too!

Usually you find maybe one or two really nice employees that are helpful. This location EVERYONE was warm, welcoming, and all smiles... from the gentleman who stocks the soups and pasta to the cashier and women behind the salad bar. It was refreshing. I highly recommend this place. My dad and I showed up at 7 and we didnt leave until they closed, that's how much we were enjoying our experience there. Shout out to the manager who would check in frequently and sent us off with a nice 'take care'

This was so good! Lots of yummy and healthy options. Employees were constantly keeping it clean and well presented and dishes full. I loved the salad bar, the soups, and some of the other dishes. It wasn't five-star restaurant quality, but that's not what I was looking for in a family buffet. Again, don't get me wrong, it was really good. Always a fan of soft serve! (Or frozen yogurt or ice cream or gelato...)

I believe this is the best Sweet Tomatoes in all of Phoenix and surrounding areas. The salad bar seems fresher and better kept. The soups are hotter and have more flavor. The mac n cheese by far is better then any other location. It's not watery or unflavored. The baked potatoes seem cooked through more thoroughly. The breads are warmer and have more cheese. The deserts are softer and have more taste. Overall I think the kitchen does a better job then other locations!

I like sweet tomatoes. When I have an anchoring for a salad this is where I go! It's a Serve Yourself Buffet all-you-can-eat very reasonably priced, and very very good. I think this place is mostly for vegetarians as there is no meat however they do have along with a huge Buffet of salad, they have approximately 6 different soups that are absolutely always wonderful! They also have macaroni and cheese that is yummy, they have a few different types of rolls and breads, some other things right at this moment I can't remember sorry! If you're not looking for a meat I would say stop in and give it a try! They have a good selection of different items to include coffee, soda, Ice-T an excellent strawberry lemonade. They also have a soft serve self serve ice cream with trimmings. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Being that it's a buffet you help yourself, but the waitresses clear their dishes in a timely manner and are very friendly and pleasant.

Love the salads and all the options, love the choices of soup, the different breads and the desserts with ice cream and chocolate cakes. The table cleaners have always been super cheerful and efficient about clearing the used dishes. Place is super clean and salads are kept fresh throughout the day. Just a great place with lots of healthy options.

I hadn't eaten in a little over 12 hours and this was the perfect stop for me. I indulged myself and there is no shame. The salad was fresh, kept at appropriate temps, soups smelled great, noodles were fantastic, and the desserts were delicious. I took my brother and his family out here and they enjoyed it as well. The kids loved the different choices and were very content with the food choices.

Okay, so apparently I haven't been here, since October 2017, lol. Inside has changed, even more, mostly in decor materials, than I last reported - it seems like flooring & counter materials, ran out, mid-redecoration. Parts of the countertop along the salad line, are mismatched, & there's very odd contrasting flooring, in weird sections; there's carpet under the tables/booths, ceramic wood stuff, randomly in a square, next to the old tile, along the salad line & soup/drink area. Outside is very clean & thankfully doesn't smell like stank grease trap, so that's great. I'm happy to report, too, RAINBOW SPRINKLES ARE BACK!!! Sad news too, though, I did not find the loose edamame on the salad line, like last year, which sucks
