Day By Day

My favorite brunch spot in Philly. Just went today, May 7th, 2021, and they are totally open and still amazing. Try the French toast, the scramblers, eggs Benedict, and everything else. I’ve had a great meal every time I’ve come here. Pictures here is the Frenchie scrambler (Brie and mushrooms), with a side of rosemary potatoes, rye toast, and slices of cantaloupe and honeydew.

The food was DELICIOUS, the service was GREAT and the servers were so kind and helpful! Greg was such a sweet man who made me and my friends feel comfortable and were well cared for. He was a great host and we made fantastic conversation at the end of our meal and we left well fed and satisfied. I ordered the Tuscan omelet, scrambled, and it was very delicious, and the fact that it was vegetarian made it even better! The mango muffin was a delicious addition and was very well done! I truly loved my time here and will definitely come back with more friends and family! Best brunch place I've visited in Philly, period!

First time eating here (and going to eat anywhere in Philly since the pandemic) and it was really good! Luckily they were able to seat us - got there around 1:30 and they stop seating people at 2pm and it was Labor Day weekend so everybody was out in the city. The staff and service was really good - they were attentive, polite, friendly and very prompt with ordering & bringing the food out. Felt pretty safe and ok with the outdoor seating setup. And I really enjoyed my food! Got the Breakfast Burrito. It was really filling, freshly cooked and I appreciated them putting the salsa in the burrito for me - I always struggle to put the right amount when I have to add it myself lol. My friends enjoyed their food too - one got the Breakfast Sandwich and the other got some sort of French Toast with bacon crumble, bananas and I think peanut butter. Overall, great spot that I would recommend and go to again.

My daughter and I decided to have breakfast out and have never been to Day by Day. The wait was short, the staff was customer service friendly, courteous and efficient. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend and return to try lunch and/or breakfast again. I had the potato pancakes Benedict...... deeeeelishous!!!! My daughter had the cowboy omelette, she loved it. You will not be disappointed.

Incredible. I had their potato pancake benedict with a side of roasted potatoes, and everything was delicious. The hollandaise was creamy/buttery, and the lemon was subtle. The salmon was nicely smoked, not too fishy. Eggs were poached perfectly. Potato pancake was crispy and flavorful. I can't imagine it's easy to construct that dish, and yet everything about it was amazing. We'll definitely be back.
