Vesper Sporting Club - Northern Liberties

This was my second time at Vesper and I may be a lifer. First experience was the 4th holiday. Cool vibes, crowds, specials on food, music was great. This time, came for brunch. Menu was fine, ended up ordering their burger specials, as the burgers from the 4th were amazing. Same chef, so we lucked out. For drinks, ordered mimosas by the bottle on special. Turned out the champagne was $10 retail, so it wasn't really a deal for a $30 bottle with OJ. Slightly felt ripped off. Presentation was good though. For brunch, their was a live DJ. Music was a bit loud and the music list was more party vibes than brunch. I'll be back as they always have different events and would like to experience more.

Visited on July 4th. They had a special of $5 cheeseburgers which were tasty. The chef is friendly. The specialty drinks were average. Vibe is great, high energy. Crowd is young. Went for Saturday brunch and the food was surprisingly good. Music loud and clubby for brunch. Not crowded. If it catches on deffinately a go too. Not sure it will for brunch due to the age demographic.

Great place to go for a celebration or if your looking to turn up in general during the day. The brunch parties are a must to partake in, everyone I brought had no ideas what to expect but when it was all said and done they couldn’t stop talking about much fun they had. Brunch food was a hit as well. Chicken and waffles seemed to be the favorite. Servers were fun and attentive. But don’t take my word for it check it out for yourself.
