Wendy's

I don't understand why this location wouldn't allow me to use a coupon from my app. They said their scanner wasn't working so I asked if the manager could just key in a code (I've run into this issue before at other location and they easily keyed in the coupon amount manually). The cashier ask the guy behind him and I was told no they couldn't do that their system wouldn't allow them. The food was made fine. I'm just frustrated that they refuse to honor discounts/coupons from Wendy's corporate.

Plenty of room to grow here. Ron's of parking and two traffic lights in and out of here. Way better than the Popeye's chicken down the street. Nothing on them but this is way easier to get in/out of. Staff was friendly and professional. I wasn't inside this visit but had to pull over to talk on the phone for a bit so caught lunch while sitting here. Ended up being a great decision because of the logistics of this place. Only major issue was with the drive through confirmation when I ordered using the app. They totally didn't know about my order even though I tried explaining it all. I was kinda expecting to just pull up say mobile and drive to get my food but they seemed confused about what mobile order or how to confirm that it was my order. I even used THEIR own app. I mean the company not doordash or Uber eats

The drive thru line was way too long. Once I got my strawberry frosty it was well worth the wait. The workers were courteous and ready to serve. And I must add the line went very quuckly! Thank you Wendy's for the strawberry milkshake. It doesn't matter to me that you just added syrup into the vanilla frosty. It's still worth a small wait!

Swear this has to be the worst Wendy’s ever! I go here because it’s in my way home but EVERYTIME I go they can NEVER get it right! The order is always WRONG! Fries and nuggets are NEVER fresh! And the workers are just RUDE! I hoped each time I went (5 times literally) they would get it right and they just can’t! So definitely won’t be returning here EVER again!
