This is my regular Dunkin shoppe up the street from where I live. Friendly customer service. Always have my food and coffee ready before I get there. Not letting anyone sit in store yet. This a big disappointment for me right now. You can sit inside and enjoy your purchase now. I meet my friends here. Never have your on the go order ready.

Since about January or February I’ve been coming here weekly for the Iced Chai Lattes and either the donuts, hash browns or the wake up wraps and my food/drinks always come out great i usually order through the app and by the time I arrive my order is usually always ready and waiting for me which is awesome. It is very nice and clean here too I’ve never had any problems coming here since it’s usually pretty empty by the time i come here. Would definitely recommend this Dunkin and I will definitely continue coming here in the future.

I enjoyed the coffee but the staff seemed to be a bit slow with taking orders. Seems like it might need more employees. But the service itself is wonderful and friendly.

Apparently they had a change in Personnel, because now there's all new people and they have a nice attitude. Also they're very helpful in trying to serve you. Well see as we go along.

One thing I will say is yesterday yall added some razzle dazzle to my order and TODAY I ordered the same drink but I got no razzle dazzle. Ima need yall to keep the razzle dazzle consistent, please. Yall was rushing today but my drink was still good and I appreciate yall. Til next time, friends lol

They never have the right kind of donuts I always want but the service is great & the gentleman was extremely nice helpful & was very very nice he gave each of daughters a donut for free.

I had a coupon for coffee so, I decided to use it at the 1 at Castor Avenue and Bustleton Avenue. I had really bad experiences there in the past but, since I had a free coffee coupon, I figured, why not go there? Boy, was I in for a pleasant surprise? The girl behind the counter was distant, which, in itself was better than my past experiences over there. By the time I was given the coffee by her, she seemed to have warmed up to me, no pun intended. All in all, a very pleasant experience. The coffee was hot and the perfect combination and cream and sweetener.
