Still closed almost 1 year later.
Building just sitting here, frozen in time.
No update on whether it's permanently closed.

This KFC is horrible on steroids!!! The entire bucket of Original Recipe chicken, the main reason that we came here, was reheated after having been frozen as proven by its discolored bones. It was old, dried out, and rancid tasting. Yet, KFC has the nerve to falsely advertise that their chicken is always fresh and never frozen! The biscuits were very old and stale, probably at least a day old. The bland mashed potatoes were even older, although the gravy was good, the measly two tablespoons that we received. The potato wedges were also tasty, the mere six that were in the container. At these sky-high prices, you should receive fresher food in larger quantities. Seriously, $38 for this leftover shlock? This KFC is a disgrace to the entire chain. A call to corporate headquarters fell on deaf ears. We may never again enter any KFC.

The employee was nice. There wasn't a long wait for my meal, surprisingly. The food was hot and the quality was great. I've enjoyed my meal.

Can’t stand this location on the Blvd and Welsh. It was closed for God knows how long throughout 2020. Then I find out it’s open again a few weeks ago, I go and “we don’t got no more chicken strips”. No signage or anything saying so.

Lobby closed to customers. Almost $9 for 2 chicken sandwiches. Order speaker broken. Very nice employee in drive up pick up window.

The Original Recipe chicken is delicious, the rare times that it is fresh. Why should I pay $23 for eight tiny pieces of chicken that is usually dried out and spoiled? Plus another $10 for sides that taste like cardboard?
KFC used to offer great deals, like 10 pieces of fresh chicken for $10. What happened? Even the biscuits are stale now. They used to be fresh and scrumptious.
This particular store has gone way downhill. The staff is ghetto and nasty except for one nice black teenager. The other blacks and heavyset white ladies are as mean as they get.
At these sky high prices, I should receive quality food and service. Are you reading this, owner?

They mess up your order soo often. I even alerted them this time that my order last time was wrong and it wasn't a big deal but please make sure the order is correct this time. They gave me all parts of my order but when i opened my bucket of chicken..it was all crispy when i ordered half crispy half grilled..if you must have food here, check every bit of it to make sure it is what you ordered.

Employees were nice but the chicken was either undercooked or overcooked, I am so sick to my stomach right now. Update: I have been contacted by every department from KFC to inquire on my
health and make this right and will receive a full refund. Very impressed
in the manner this has been dealt with.Starting to feel better, slow process.
