The food is good if they can actually get it right if I order in person I have to yell over the radio that they have turned all the way up, if I order online or over the phone it’s maybe 30-70 that the actually get the food right and if I order delivery I may as well just order from somewhere else. Last straw was when I ordered in the store and saw one of the cooks eating pieces of chicken out the basket. They get the one star because at least he had a glove on.

I had the worst experience just calling to place an order and had the rudest and disrespectful person to answer the phone. I asked if I can place and order for pick up and the person who answered the phone question if I would like to pay with card over the phone. I asked if I can pay in person, she reiterated the same question. I said “no I would like to pay in person”, then she told me to have a bless day and hanged up on me . I was very confused because it wasn’t explained that I wasn’t able to pay in person. I called back asking why I was hung up on, the same female automatically tried to correct me and very rudely expressed to me how she did not hang up because she told me to have a bless day. I told her that was rudest way to speak to someone. I asked to speak to a manger instead and she became even more aggressive and informed me she is the manager and started yelling into the phone being argumentative. This was the worst customer service I ever received especially from a manager. The behavior and attitude was uncalled for! Answering one question for any customer who is trying to place an order with the company you work for should not be a difficult task. Even my manager was confused on how she was handling the situation. I called back to see if I can speak to someone else on the automated system but it called back to the store and I hung up. The “manager” called me back and screamed at me not to play on the phone. The most unprofessional manager I ever dealt with! I am unsatisfied and feel very disrespected! I wouldn’t want to even return to business who has someone running their store in that manner! I love wing stop and go all the time. I only went to this location a couple of times and will never return back!

Terrible place to get food, and to work. The food made me feel a bit sick. I've seen my coworkers there drop bowls and utensils on the floor and still use them. They don't change their gloves often enough. They don't wash the dishes in clean water. When we're out of rags, they made us wash them with dirty rags. The floors are so greasy I slipped in my non slip shoes! They failed inspection. The GM has a nasty attitude all the time. And she always made it such a pain to get my check from her. The last time, I had been asking repeatedly over the course of three hours for my check. I ended up quitting that same night after I finally got it from her.

On 4/29/22 Malibu’s was in the store alone at 1030 pm making orders for Uber eats, taking orders that walked in, called in, a very busy task that she handled with great customer service skills, all by herself she deserves a raise and wingstop need to hire more help it was totally in fair to her but I give her over and beyond 5 stars great employee give her a bonus just for this excellent job on a Friday at that

First time here. Liked wings but not fries( to dark in color) also didn't like taste.

Ordered the six pieces boneless combo. Garlic parmesan flavored and they send mango habanero flavored and forgot my drink that I paid the upgrade fee for. Of course no one will answer the phone and since it was delivered I have to go through the restaurant.

I think this is the worst place for wings. Mine were very dried out with barely any meat on them, plus the fact how expensive they are. I got my food to go and asked the girl if she put my blue cheese in the bag, she said yes. Got home, no blue cheese no napkins. Disappointed.

If you do decide to order from this horribly managed store make sorry you check your order before leaving. My order is wrong 50% of the time. I have finally stopped going here and decided to update my review. The last time I forgot to che k my order I decided to call in so they could have the correct order ready when I get back. I wad hung up on by the manager shortly after I heard her yelling at the staff.
