I called to complain about how the pizza I ordered was delivered to me and how I had to listen to the delivery driver complained about how the facility I was working at didn't look out as far as tipping. The manager had already left for the night and I was told to take a picture and submit it and contact business the next day. I threw the pizza in the trash and didn't have nothing to eat for my 16 hour shift. I went to the business to report my disappointment and was treated so badly by the manager and he told me the only thing he could do was take 50% off a pizza If i ordered it right then. He also told me that i was to bring back the pizza. I told him I work in a nursing home and didn't think that was the best option to get a return of my money or a replacement considering the covid pandemic. No return, no replacement and I was told not to return or ever order from them again.

How do you make a pizza from scratch and cut the pizza but not the toppings. Because you sold me a pizza that was already made and slices and you reheated it after adding beef pepperoni. Smfh, if I could give zero stars I would.

0 i will never order from this place we found long hair and card border backed in the pizza in the cheese they told me it was puzzles because they have kids then told me its the pizza boxes. They are so disgusting and disrespectful on the phone. I tried giving them chance after chance. But at some point Osha has to step in. How is your food messed up and customer service is the worst. They have 1 elderly lady that has respect. The so called manager is disrespectful until u show up then he will tell u he's not the manager

Nasty.. bad customer service lied about the prices of my food to avoid a refund and the cook was very disrespectful while the manager avoid answering the phone and fixing the issues his establishment caused.

The customer service was not right,They laughed and jokes while I was trying to order over the phone.Then they tell me that they can’t fixed the order that they messed up. I asked for a cheese steak Stromboli so I called back to make sure they have green peppers and onions and they gonna tell me that they can put it on the side👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾Who eat strombolies like that?????VERY POOR SERVICE !!!!!!DONT EAT HERE!!!! BRING BACK GOOD QUALITY CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE!!!!

I don’t live to far from the place and I used to order there often, but by the time the food gets to my house the foods always cold and the pizza taste like auger and the food taste like it’s leftovers.
