Paradise Pizza

My experience made me not want to order from this place EVER again. Most of the people who work there are rude and have no idea what good customer service actually is. They obviously do not care about their customers or their orders. In fact when you call you might as well just give them your address and let them bring whatever they want because they do not care what you want to eat or if you have food allergies. Than again you might just have to pick up whatever random item they give you because they send all of their delivery drivers home before dinner time even starts. I recommend making your own food, even if it’s a Celeste pizza because it will be closer to something you actually want and will be less stressful. Do Not Order from here unless you are prepared for everything I just warned you about.

So very pleased with Paradise Pizza. Polite, friendly, professional staff and large portions of great food that is reasonably priced.The delivery driver was awesome. My food was here in 20 minutes and to top it off, we also had a great laugh. I highly recommend Paradise Pizza and encourage folks to patronize. Its truly worth the money! Kudos

I have been a customer since they opened it has never been great or bad; just average. But today they were Very unprofessional. Ask for chesburger platters and they are priced at 8.95 and all I got was burgers..... no fries or coleslaw. called back talk to two different people and said 8.95 is the price for a single burger? I have the menu and checked the price on there website and they still said it was wrong.... never again will I order. Will order from bentoulis from now on.

Extremely unprofessional ordered food at 7:28 called at 8:30 asking how long it was going to be received attitude from the young woman on the phone gave her my address four more times. She says they have the wrong address and we'll send it out now called back at 9:30 instantly asking for a manager they still apparently have not sent the food out claiming they have the wrong address after we repeatedly told them 4 more times they claimed they called us they never did that is a lie. Extremely rude and disrespectful. 2 hours of waiting and nothing. Now keep in mind we've ordered from here several times in the past 2 months and they have our address and phone number already. I dont understand how today was anything different.
