Dunkin'

I like Dunkin, but they done messed up. I won't be back until COVID is over. (1) Bathroom had no tp or soap. I alerted them, and they said they'd deal with it. Nobody ever did; I ended up using paper towels. (2) After drinking my coffee, I was told I would have to leave in 15 minutes due to "COVID rules." Fine. I believe in being as cautious as possible about COVID, regardless of how you feel about the pandemic. HOWEVER the person who said I'd have to leave WAS NOT wearing a mask. I was wearing an N-95. If they're trying to be as conservative as possible on COVID, why don't the staff wear masks? SECOND they should have a clearly visible sign notifying customers of a time limit. If there was one (I doubt it) I didn't see it. That way customers like me who came for the bathroom and wifi will know about the time limit. I'm not salty about it, but this place isn't well managed right now. I will be taking my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

They let people in the store with out a mask and they work without one when customers come in! We are still in a pandemic! I was given an additude and told to "Hurry up and order" when I asked someone who wasn't social distancing and without a mask on to please back up when they were too close behind me. I left because if your mask-less handling my food I honestly don't want you near it! This is disgusting!!
