Southside Pizza

Used to be good but now the pizza taste like they salted it the pepperoni taste like they salted it and the vegi pizza looks like they threw onions and olives on it after it was cooked. I called them but nothing was said or done. The girl on the phone gave me the I'm not listening attitude, she said nothing I felt like I was complaining to myself. Then I said I would not be ordering from them again and hung up. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Ordered two grilled chicken salads today at 12:32pm. Left my cell phone number for the delivery driver because of my workplace. Waited for 45 minutes for salads that had extremely overcooked chicken. I thought it was just mines until my coworker started complaining about hers and she never complains. So thinking I just paid $23 something for the salads and gave the delivery driver an $8 tip, I figured I would call and give them a heads up. First time the young lady at 1:52 was very nice and said that she would bring two new salads out. So I am so much into my work that I notice that it's almost 3pm and still no salads. So I called back and customer service was horrible. The very young and immature girl was laughing and carrying on like she was the manager. She thought I was another customer that was missing a soda and fries. I told her she had the wrong customer. She just laughed and said that she will call the delivery driver. I work for the DAO office and we will not be ordering from here anymore. Wasted $30 dollars. Thanks for nothing.

I remember when Southside was built it was a good thing to happen to our community. They always had good food at a really great price. As the years have gone on and my community has changed dramatically so has Southside the prices are extremely high and the food isn't of the great quality it was a few years ago.

New to the area for a vacation, looked online on The website for their menu and looked at all of their specials, I ended up ordering the two medium pizza special. I informed the girl taking my order I wanted the special at least twice. She ended up charging me initially for both separately until I told her that it was a special on the menu and she told me I had to tell her I wanted the special first, (I did,) she seemed annoyed that I was asking for the special. I asked if it was an old menu that was on their website and she said it was. When I went to pick up my food, on both menus (screens on the inside, and one on the window) there was the special and the price. The pizza was good, but I have no idea how to feel about that customer service, doesn’t seem like they wanna sell specials🤔. Probably not ordering again.
