Yall need to either hire more workers or pay them better. Lately the drive thru has been really slow, or closed altogether. They've completely blocked off the drive-in area too. I can only imagine how stressed they are.
However, I do have to mention the food presentation was kinda gross lol. There were tater tots, burnt jalapeno poppers and other things in my fries and my chicken sandwich was covered in char.

I have to be honest. The food was cold the burger patties were burned and the lady at the window was perhaps one of the most abrasive people I've ever met. My father owned a sonic franchise and never would have tolerated any of this. People go to sonic for nostalgia and good food. Not bad food and a even worse attitude. Please do better.

Tried to order online. Place will not deliver to your car. Have to go through drive through
Service was slow. I went up to the windowand 2 people were just standingaround. Tried to order online, but when i got there the app told me to put in the stall number found at the bottom of the screen. All the screens were off and there were no numbers visible. Found out later that the numbers are on the other side of the pole. You had to get out of your car and go around the pole to know what your number is.

Couldn't order from the lanes, no one came out after 15 min . We ended up driving through the drive through, another 30 min, just to find out they're not accepting cash. No signs no warning. Finally got to the order board and it was broken. I could hear the lady but she couldn't hear us. Finally drove up to the window to order and found out they were out of everything. Just got fries and an ocean water, but that took another 15 min to get food. Absolutely insane.

Went here with the sole purpose of getting the Cake Batter shake however the machine was broke-made me think of McDonalds. You can easily pass the entrance if you’re driving fast like my hubby was but you can cut through the lot next to the restaurant and loop around. Food was okay, not one of my favorite places to eat but it was there and I was there and so yeah. The place is located in the same lot as Race speedway.

The food tasted was better then I remembered before..... but don't order the chili cheese tots...... they give u the same amount of a sample.... so I had about 6 in the bag.

Waited in drive thru for 59 minutes. No apologies for the wait. The app stated they are closed so you can’t order ahead and don’t get 1/2 price drinks, they we’re not willing to honor and stared they have no control over the app that is administered by a third party.
No food is worth this wait and aggravation . Go any where else

Slowest drive thru I have ever been to employees are walking around on their phones. No sence of urgency. I wait 15 minutes for a single meal #2 to be exact and ended up leaving with no food. Because of the wait. I now see why so many of these stores are closed
