Domino's Pizza

I see a lot of negative reviews on here so I figured I’d chime in. I order from this location frequently and the worst mistake they’ve made was forgetting a sauce. Other than that, my food is always hot, on time, and my order is always correct. I have only ever ordered through the Dominos App and I highly recommend using it as you can track your order.

Placed an order for delivery then had to call an hour and a half later to find out where my pizza was only to be informed that they don't deliver to my new address which they should've told me when I called! Got my order instead as a pick up (barely warm) and brought it home to find what looks like a bite taken from one of slices! The only saving grace is that they didn't charge me but I am NOT getting pizza from this location in the future!

I never leave reviews, too much time. However, my experience with this specific restaurant should not go unnoticed considering with years of retail/hospitality experience, I would think I know the difference between great and poor service. Suffice to say, the service at this dominos is embarrassing. I’ve ordered on two separate times in the month of August and both times my orders were significantly jacked up. The first time I let it go even though I lost over $7. The second time however is an issue. Dominos advertises insurance on every order until it’s right. Not at this location. Upon ordering $33 worth of food where they charge you for little sauces, the delivery driver forgot three sauces and two sodas (He was nice, understood and instructed me to call the store) I call the store and a female answered the phone (Same lady who refused to refund my order or have someone come back out on their last mess up) letting me know they are not excepting deliveries and hung up. I immediately called back and after explaining my situation she said, “Well we aren’t doing anymore deliveries I’m sorry.” She had the absolute worst attitude. Didn’t want to hear it whatsoever and ended the conversation with a rude comment along the lines of, “I’ll refund you, goodbye” Ridiculous.

I was going there every two weeks. The last 2 times I went know one understands what I want. I was getting flatbread then the staff said we don't have flat bread when I have been getting it for months. Then the price went from $12.00 to &34.00 it's not consistent price wise. Staff has changed and pizza/ flatbread/ no crust pizza looked like it was cooked the day before and it didn't have one of the toppings I showed the employee and he said yes it's there and as plain as day it wasn't. I will never go back so sad because my mom really loves it. I'll pick it up in my neighborhood not Roxborough.

Went to location after being told that there was carside delivery online and when I called the store to let them know I was outside, they said they are not doing it and I should come in to get my food before hanging the phone up on me I go inside and no one is wearing masks nor gloves. Very unsafe practices, especially during a pandemic. Will not go back to this location and am turned off of fast food in general because of this occurance. You trust that the people who are making your food are being safe but even afer I explained the mask situation only 1 of the 3 workers put their mask on. If I could give less than a star, I would.
