Kat and her husband Don are absolutely amazing! Such a warm feel good experience from when you walk in the door! The pork chops in mushroom gravy, honey carrots, and collard greens were amazing! The cupcakes are melt in your mouth wonderful! It was such a joy just taking with Kat and Don! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing. It almost brought tears to my eyes when I went to pick it up. My daughter was ecstatic. It really made everything perfect. It tasted delicious and was prettier than I ever could have imagined. The best part is how amazingly kind and sweet everyone is and the extra mile they go to make sure you feel welcome and cared about. I will definitely be back for future cakes.

Came in expressly for the buy one, 1/2 off second Philly cheesesteaks. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. $21.05 for 2 sandwiches with one 1/2 price really?? Have had her sweets before, won’t be back. Young lady working the counter needs training in customer service and what specials are running.

Excellent desserts. I was actually hoping to get something off of the menu that could be a meal but I couldn’t figure out when anything other than desserts are available for purchase. Hopefully next time I’m in town I’ll arrive at the right time or the staff on duty will know how to answer that question. Looking forward to trying out the options I saw hand written on the serving area inside.

Couldn’t have been more disappointed with my experience. I ordered my wedding cake from Kat’s and when my dad went to pick it up... surprise! They didn’t have it! They said they didn’t have my order. Of course my dad called us frantically. My mom found the confirmation for the order and sent it to show them, because YES we did order the cake AND paid for it already! After seeing the confirmation they said they could make the cake in time for my reception. They delivered the cake to my wedding venue literally minutes before I walked down the aisle. Surprise again! It was wrong. It was supposed to be a completely plain one-tier cake. I intended to have it be very plain and was adding a few eucalyptus branches and a handmade topper myself. Nope! It was two-tiers and had nutter butters ALL OVER it. Of course, this was totally off theme for the wedding I had planned for a year. I certainly didn’t want to serve a giant nutter butter cake. But I had no choice. My mother told the man it was made wrong. He just said, “Well is it okay?”. She basically said, well no, but we have to use it. Of course I was very upset, and my ceremony started minutes later. When I got done with photos and came in for the reception my photographer insisted we cut the cake immediately. Another surprise! The top tier (which I didn’t even want) was sliding off the cake and she was worried it would slide off before our planned time to cut the cake. So I had to cut my cake first thing, which was confusing to the guests. All in all just a very upsetting experience on my wedding day. I’m not even sure that they cared. And what’s crazy is that we paid full price for a cake that they forgot to make and then made wrong. No refund, no discount, no coupon. I will never be ordering from here again.

Let me start off by saying I never give reviews. This is by far THE BEST bakery I’ve visited. Customer service was a 10 from the minute I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake to the day I picked it up. The bakery appearance was clean and colorful. The quality of the taste and appearance of the cake was amazing. I also couldn’t resist buying a Reese’s cupcake I seen on display and was NOT disappointed. This will be my first stop when we come back in town!
