What’s for dinner? (Saturday~ February 29, 2020) Sea Scallops Provençal!!! French 75 as my drinks!! Yummy Yum Yum!!!!🍽🥰❤️ Meal specs: The scallops were pan sautéed, served over Asiago Risotto with hearty Provençal, chopped asparagus, basil oil & fresh Micro herbs!! The scallops were the biggest scallops that I’ve had thus far!!! Big & good!! Cooked properly & so very tasty!!! They were cooked throughly, seasoned on topped & sautéed which was nice!! The risotto was very good & paired well with the scallops, Provençal, basil oil & herbs!! The risotto was cooked properly. The asparagus was crunchy & cooked nicely. I don’t like everyone’s asparagus but I like theirs!! Drink specs: It consists of Hendricks gin, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, lemon twist served in a champagne flute!! It was surprisingly good!! However, it was small!! 🤷🏽‍♀️ 🥂 Tip: They have parking that you can get validated. I’m upset that I didn’t know about that as many times that I’ve been there in the past. Fine dining at it's best! We attended the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships and wanted a nicer restaurant experience. My husband had the hearty lamb stew, our son and I had fish, and for dessert, we shared the creme brulee and mint cheesecake. Though the meals are pricey, they were well worth the cost! Thank you Carlton's!

The food was really good. Steak was cooked the way I ordered and was tender. The fish was delicious as well. My only complaint was the steak and sides were not as hot as the fish when it was served, but we also went during restaurant week so it could be something with that. I would revisit. This upscale restaurant is still one of the true Five Star restaurants left. Old school, The atmosphere is awesome, the maître d’/waiter is above and beyond professional , they still got it have not been there in about a year but we are going back soon that’s what made me think about this place, to write a great review, we have several friends that eat here and all of them fell the same way as we do. Did I Mention the wine list is out of this world you will love it. We went for dinner last night 06/23/18 great service again,, great wine,, and seating.
