The dairy free milkshakes are PHENOMENAL! Was a little worried at first because of the mention of coconut milk and I hate when vegan things just taste like coconut - but you'd never know in their shakes!! Literally so delicious - thank you for offering vegan shakes!!

Amazing experience there and then the products they sell leave you wanting more. Good job Milkshake Factory. Had a waffle thing as well that was very tasty too. I also bought some PECAN CARAMEL TERRAPINS (very good). I'm not a big milkshake person, but I kept thinking about that Bananas Foster that I had...UNBELIEVABLE!!!...Gotta get me another one when I return to Pittsburgh (Downtown).

Fine selection of decadent shakes. Add bark for five dollars. (Where’s the peppermint bark?) Not sure how many of these I could drink before becoming diabetic.

Milkshakes with toppings; why not! So,so good! So many options. Strawberry Chocolate dipped = yummy! Little pricey similar to Starbucks but well worth it. Enjoy!

The shakes were very good. I had to get the 59 for obvious reasons. They were out of the chocolate pucks because of the games over the weekend. The staff was nice but a little strong on the upsell of products. So, that's good for the owners but a little bit much for customers. we will be back

Extremely happy to recently discover there are dairy-free and nut free options at the milkshake factory. However, halfway through my milkshake I thought to look up the ingredients and realized there was soy in it, which is slightly annoying due to my dietary restrictions, however, that's no fault of their own, only of mine for not thinking ahead to look. I was just so excited that there was a nut free and dairy-free option for me, and slightly overlooked the soy. Still this location is nice and clean, bright, with friendly service and easy to get to. Their selection of chocolate at the front counter isn't as much as some other locations, but there are still a few things to choose from if you wish.

Dairy free at the Milkshake Factory! We had chocolate and it didn't disappoint. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The place was quite clean, displays tidy. It was a pleasure to sit and relax there for a bit.
