We celebrated our wedding here, just the two of us. Food, was unbelievable, the service and atmosphere were exactly what I envisioned for our wedding dinner and the lounge with live jazz music was the perfect touch. Michael T provided us great and fun service, but the entire staff was amazing from the time we walked in, to the time we left. Thank you to the Cioppino's staff for a memorable experience on our special day 🥰

We went for brunch and it was wonderful. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable and the food and drinks were all amazing. They have some of the cheapest and best brunch drinks you will find in the South Side. The food portions were large and well worth the cost. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wife's short rib has tender and delicious

Excellent place and meal! We came here for our anniversary and our server, Mila was top notch. They had custom menus to welcome us and make the night even more special. They offer valet parking. It was a warm evening and the windows were open; we debated about seating outside. Great food. We started with the beet salads which were delicious. Perfectly dressed and I wanted to eat it all but with the bread (which came with a lovely dipping oil) I needed to save room. Probably the only miss was the bread. The rolls were eh. But that’s a good thing so you don’t eat too much. Dinner wow! We got the crab cakes which came with a really good Mac and cheese; the filet and the New York strip. We also ordered an extra crispy potato. Everything was so tasty. For dessert it was hard to choose but we landed on the rocky road and the strawberry shortcake. The rocky road looked different when it came out but then one taste and we were all fighting over it. 😂 Our server, Mila was very friendly and helped with suggestions. She helped make the night even better.

My husband and I are from out of town, and when I saw this place as an option I knew I had to take him here. The food was fantastic and our server Alex was amazing, she was there personable and professional. She is the only reason I left the review as five out five. The dinner aspect was amazing all around. We proceeded to the cigar lounge after which my husband was extremely excited about, we were met by an extremely rude bartender. I can’t even tell you her name, because she never offered it. She acted like she was annoyed the whole time when taking my husbands drink and cigar order. If it were not for Alex I would have rated the service a 2. I know everyone has off nights but this was an exciting experience for my husband that got dampened by her demeanor. We would absolutely come back next time in town but would hope for a better experience in the cigar lounge.

Cioppino Restaurant is phenomenally an excellent restaurant that is located in the Strip District, walking distance from the downtown. It was selected by our group because of its exceptionalism in quality and service along with its accommodations for outdoor dining. Our waitress, Natalie, was exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, so very friendly, accommodating, attentive, patient, understanding, courteous, gracious and thoughtful. The two bartenders that serviced us at the bar with cocktails before dinner are equally professional, courteous and kind. The food was superb, well prepared, and presented artfully and in good taste. Our sincere gratitude, appreciation and thankfulness to the owner, chief, Natalie our waitress, and other staff members, all of whom deserve the best of comments from all customers who know the value and are able to appreciate the quality of the services the Staff provides at a level that is truly above and beyond the commonplace with exceptionally prepared appetizers and entrees.
