Both locations offer distinct experiences, and here's a comparative review to guide your pizza journey. Pittsburgh Location: Milky Way Pizza in Pittsburgh is a haven for lovers of New York-style pizza. The crust is thin, allowing for that iconic fold, and strikes the right balance between crispy and soft. The tangy sauce, combined with generous toppings and perfectly melted cheese, makes for a delightful bite every time. The ambiance is lively, reminiscent of the bustling pizzerias in New York, and the staff is both friendly and efficient. Cleveland Location: The Cleveland branch of Milky Way Pizza offers a different take. The dough here is reminiscent of bread dough, which gives it a thicker and softer texture. However, there have been instances where the dough feels a tad undercooked, which might not appeal to everyone. That said, the toppings are fresh and abundant, ensuring a flavorful experience with each slice.

Had the cheese pizza. Which to me tastes exactly the same as the Sam's Club Cheese Pizza Combo for $2.49. With either, you get 8 minutes of pure greasy cheesy bliss, followed by 8 hours of regret where you won't feel hungry, but neither will you have the motivation to do anything other than sit and stare at the walls. Do not operate heavy machinery after eating the cheese pizza.

UPDATE: I appreciate the respectful response from the business. They were very accommodating with my order however I felt like it should’ve been right the first time. But at least they were quick to resolve the issue, as you can see below. I’d still recommend them Very disappointed in this place. I’ve only ordered here twice. The first time I had the vegetarian chicken sandwich combo which was ok. However the price on the menu ($16.95) was completely different from the price when I arrived ($21). Second time I ordered a vegan bbq chicken pizza ($15.95) and when I arrived the price was $21 again.. not only that but my pizza was missing nearly EVERY topping except for the vegan chicken. I alerted them and when they fixed it, it looked like an entire new pizza. I’m too skeptical of this place to order here again and it’s a shame because not too many places offer vegan options. If you order here make sure to confirm the price before you order and check your food before you leave

The pizza is over the top. It is much different than the pizza one eats. When was the last time you ate the crust and really enjoyed it. When was the last time you ate left over pizza and it was enjoyable, and all you think about was getting another. I love their white cheese spinach pizza with olives. The salad bar is nice also. They have every veggy you can think of. And they are large sizes. Enough for two. The only down side to this business is finding somewhere to park. You will not regret spending in The Milky Way.
