Best customer service I've ever received anywhere, they really went above and beyond. And the wings were INCREDIBLE. They have flavors you won't see anywhere else, and they're sooooo good. We will absolutely be back.

Door dasher stole my order and the man at the store stayed late to remake it for us. Food was fantastic as always but this store clearly has some guys that care. Only place I'll get wings now.

The list of flavors can be overwhelming. I'd recommend the cash club and Jamaican frank flavors.
Talk of beaver falls is decent, but liked cash club a bit more.

Dormont BSB has the nicest people working in the kitchen. While I was waiting to pick up a delivery order, we chatted a bit and they gave me free food, a canceled DoorDash order, which was extremely thoughtful of them. And the food was the bomb! The black and gold wings were to die for. And the chicken Philly cheesesteak was the best!

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the customer service at this location: I had placed an order for pickup, then a kid got sick and I couldn’t get there to pick it up. When I called to ask about canceling, the manager arranged to deliver the order for me even though we were a little outside their normal delivery area. He really went above and beyond, and the wings were delicious as usual. Thanks so much!

These wings were amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful, and I needed help considering they have about 40-50 flavors of wing sauces!! I got the Cajun ranch, and my husband got the Frank Sinatra. We asked for our wings extra crispy which came out amazing. No breading, which we liked. The tots and fries were lightly coated with Cajun seasoning but not overwhelming. We are very pleased with the food taste and quality. Large wings and lots of sauce. If you like less saucy wings, ask for the sauce on the side and put it on yourself. Would definitely go back again!
