Moe's Southwest Grill

I ordered take out and was super pumped to get my food. Kinda disappointed it was kinda soggy when it got to me since all sauces and toppings were on top and there was no option to get any on the side. I wasn't a fan of the cookie. Was excited for the free chips and salsa and they forgot both of the salsa that was ordered. The steak wasn't bad but I actually preferred the salad with out the meat once it had no meat. The portions were nice for the price.

I cannot begin to express how well I am taken care of by the staff of this specific location. Their professionalism, consistency, attention to detail and simple CARE they put in to their daily work is unparalleled across the chain locations that I’ve been to. A special recognition for the young female manager who works weeknights. There have been a number of occasions I’ve been here when incidents involving unruly patrons have occurred and she has stepped up to the plate each and every time: including a medical emergency in which she very well may have saved a woman’s life by administering proper emergency care. Once she attended to her, she got back to her appointed duties. Cannot give this place enough accolades.

Always tasty, fresh and quick. GREAT staff, in spite of another guest who wasn't satisfied being a jerk and just not coming back; she had to come back and get snotty all over again about HER mistake. Why am I mentioning this? Because the team handled themselves perfectly in spite of how awful this lady was to them. 06/16/2023 around 1:30pm. Keep up the great work. Loyal customer here.
