Chipotle Mexican Grill

The young man who made my order took my wheat allergy seriously and did not make me feel bad for requesting fresh gloves and utensils. He was kind and I truly appreciate it after so many unfortunate experiences at other restaurants. — I just checked & his name is Darien, thank you so much Darien for the excellent customer service.

This location is my favorite Chipotle in the Pittsburgh Area. I consistently get excellent food here, all the food items are hot and fresh and customer service is excellent. I got James a couple of times and he is always super knowledgeable and kind. The entire team at this Chipotle location on Washington road is really good! At the opposite spectrum is the Chipotle in downtown Pittsburgh. I work in downtown and I tried eating there for lunch several times but I eventually gave up going there although I love Chipotle. But the food, wait time and service at the Chipotle downtown Pittsburgh location is abysmal. Keep up the good work James and team at this great Washington Road location so close to South Hills Village. And thank you for a great food and service on a consistent basis!
