Great place to grab a bite and work. The ambience is phenomenal and the tables are well set up. The staff has been nice on every occasion I've been there. The place is kept clean and also has bathrooms for customers

This is the Starbuck across from the Carnegie Museum in the Oakland section of Pittsburgh. The clientele is mostly students with an occasional professional. The staff were very nice and helpful. My nephew was with me and is an special needs adult. He walked up to the counter, and the staff helped him with no issues. In fact, I bet they don't even remember the transaction. I will be returning, if for no other reason than how well they handled a special needs person.

I had low expectations for a Starbucks in the middle of two major campuses next to a major tourist attraction, but all of my experiences here have been great. The team here is super efficient and (from what I can see at least) a well oiled machine that handles the insane volume of orders they get really well. My drinks are always good and my mobile orders are always ready when promised if not sooner!

Food was too hot. So the breads on the sandwiches were kinda hard once they cooled. But quick service. Order was made correctly.

Great place but double check when you get coffee ground, that they actually ground it. I ordered a bag of Sumatra ahead of time ground for French Press.
Otherwise their drinks are consistently good, even specialty drinks with the rare exception.
Don't order from here if they close in-store walk-ins for pickup. The wait time in the drive through line is over a half hour in the morning from 7-9am when walk-ins are closed for COVID Delta.

Its fine like all starbucks. It was a bit hot and crowded when I went. Could be better if they turn on air conditioner on a sunny day.

Love coming to this Starbucks. Yes, it gets very crowded at times because it's in an area where lots of people go by. So wait times can be long but I just use mobile order about 10 minutes before I'm set to go there and it always works out well. The staff are incredibly kind and patient, which is notable because it's frequently very busy and they've got a lot of orders to put through. The seating arrangements are also well varied with places where you want a conversation with your friend or you just want to be alone and work.
