Once again, Tom and the crew at the 4th Avenue Brueggers in Downtown Pittsburgh have done an amazing job of helping me surprise a bunch of really wonderful folks with warm bagels to celebrate the Holidays. Thank you all!

This Bruegger's Bagels location has been my main go-to for my morning Grub Hub orders on busy work days lately. The food always arrive still hot, fresh, and always delicious! My bagel sandwiches are always on point and their twice baked hash browns are absolutely to die for! I ALWAYS buy the hash brown as an extra side because it really is just that good. The staff working there have also always made all of my orders accurately. I definitely recommended them to my staff and they have ordered from them and loved their food as well! 🙂

Great execution of "order ahead". None of the normal issues you encounter when using apps like this. My food was freshly made, but waiting when I arrived. The employees were very friendly. I recommend!!

Great quick place for breakfast! Visited at 8:15am on a Wednesday morning the staff was fast! Averaging 1-2min a customer especially customers that knew what they wanted. I tired an everything bagel with egg it was very good but lots of salt.

Staff it's always good and friendly. Food is quick and delicious. Since the buyout it seems like the upper (district and up) management don't know what's going on.
The limited sandwiches are always good and this location is easily the best one in Pittsburgh. If you ever have an issue they will make it right.
The GM here is by far one of the most responsive and friendly managers I've met!

I just wish they would not discontinue popular items like their chili and chicken noodle soup. The store is fast and friendly, but I sense cheapness at corporate. I wish the place were an Enstein's instead.
