The manager Rhonda McKnight road deserves to be recognized for her Outstanding Customer Service. IHad an issue with another store in the area. The store was unreachable. I decided to contact another store to which I've met Rhonda she made all of my wrongs right with not many questions asked. I myself work for a company where customer service is important. I want to applaud her for her listening while being compassionate and remaining patient and professional. Your company should be be thankful for such a amazing young lady. Great customer service is hard to come by anymore in the fast food industry. She takes pride in he job with your company. Thanks again Rhonda, Dee Shes a Gem

I dined in today at this location for the first time in 2+ years. The cashier seemed a little frazzled and he explained that it was his first day. I've worked in fast food and I know people who still do and I feel that someone should've been up there helping/training him. Whenever he needed help he was always calling someone over. It was as if he was hired earlier today and started a few hours later. When I worked in fast food, they were able to put the register into "training mode" for new hires. I didn't have a problem with the food, but there was only 2 other customers in the dining room after me and the wait was longer than expected. They weren't shorthanded from what I could see. They may have had more than one new hire.

First of all… food is always fresh hot and all there which u really cant say about other fast food companies but i took my time to leave a 5 star review because of the WONDERFUL young men working today. The cashier was so pleasant and respectful they were obviously under staffed They asked me to move to the front because the food wasn’t ready yet and when they brought it out he apologized profusely and you could tell that these gentlemen were really busting their butts I hope RVs recognizes the good workers they have and compensates them appropriately

It's good fast food. They were short staffed because apparently no one wants to work anymore because it's easier to sit at home and get money for free. But they still did a great job regardless of being short staffed. Thanks US government. Cheers Arby's staff. You guys rock and deserve extra pay when you're doing everyone's job at half staff.

I tried taking the survey by text using the number posted on the window, but received an error messages that surveys weren't accepted at this location. But, i would like to point out that I went during a very busy dinner time (the drive thru line wrapped back to Mcknight rd, like i could barely get in line) and i found out soon enough that only 2 people were in the kitchen that evening - 1 cook and 1 guy doing orders and such. Rob was who i spoke with at the window, and he and his teammate did an excellent job maintaining a good flow. And, my order was 100% accurate and he gave me plenty of the extra sauces i wanted. He was very professional and friendly as well. Give these men a raise and a bonus.
