Overall, this McDonald’s was pretty good. I remember going to this McDonald’s back when I was a high schooler at City High, down the block. It was like any urban, fast food joint. Unfortunately, they are now permanently closed and there’s no more McDonald’s in the downtown areas triangle unless you go to the surrounding areas like the north side, south side or Oakland.

Been going here since I was a teenager hanging downtown. I was surprised how much faster service was… but not really cause they had adults that work there now. Great job to their team👍🏽

Basic Mickey Dee's in Downtown Pittsburgh. The dining room area has been closed since COVID, and it's typically a hangout for unruly teens and homeless panhandling. It's scheduled to close May 1st, 2023.

Very dangerous atmosphere when it's full of armed high-school kids. Saw a kid inside the restaurant with a gun. Although no disturbance was the result of the armed teenager it will have to be a good reason to visit that particular location once filled with armed children.

Wild people in there sometimes, super busy and no drive thru being downtown. Takes longer to get drinks sometimes than food but over all they're ok.

I'm in Pittsburgh for work and we walked over from Union Trust for lunch. It was pretty quick service and the restaurant was clean. My fish filet sandwich wasn't the best. The fries were fresh but a bit overcooked.

The foods good, the staff is nice. The sitting area is closed at time of writing this been like that for a couple months. But that's the only complaint.

Perfect location. food was okay, just what I'd expect from a McDonald's. I tried asking for 1 BBQ, 1 buffalo, and 1 honey mustard sauce with my 20 piece nuggets but was given 3 BBQ and charged for 1 honey mustard.

The food‘s always good, but it takes forever to get the service is extremely slow. And I can’t figure out what good it does when you go to the website and you put your name on the waiting list. When you go to the restaurant you still have to wait

Very efficient for my breakfast order. I was in & out quickly which was much appreciated. This location is typically frequented by a group of high school students in the morning. All was well & in order. I was surprised by a pleasant and hard-working staff.
