Hands down, best McDonald’s I have ever been to. Food was fresh, employees were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Would definitely go out of my way to dine at this location compared to any of the inner city Pittsburgh ones.

I normally don't write reviews but I had a great experience at this McDonald's. I had to get a fast meal for 4 and was looking to save some money. I asked a very friendly employee what was the best deal and they said I could get a Pens Dinner Pack, which normally costs $15.99, but if I use the app there is a 20% off deal which means I got 2 double cheese burgers, 2 McCrispys a basket of fries and 20 Chicken McNuggets for $12.79!!!
This blew my mind! I can't believe I got a dinner for 4 for less than $13! AWESOME

So I liked just about everything about this restaurant. I however do have a gripe with how my nuggets were made today. They were made in fish oil.
Yes. My nuggets tasted like fish. Personally, I like fish so I ate them no problem. My concern is someone who is allergic to fish and that gets served to them... It would be all bad. Come on MacShack, you can do better. Food safety isn't that hard. Oh, and salt your fries too please. Holy God those fries had no flavor.

i have very bad social anxiety and i didnt have any money on a card so i payed in cash
i wrote what i wanted down on a piece of paper and they were compliant with it
i think they were under the impression i was deaf tho cuz they brung my food directly to me while i was getting my drink instead of calling me over to get it
either way i appreciate the kindness here
(it also might be my first job after i get my work permit because i live right next to it lmao)

Lobby was closed but the person at the drive thru window was very personable and the staff was moving the line at a very good rate and checking orders carefully! Not my normal store but good job by a short staff!

Kids play area is great, and the food was good. You can see they are understaffed. They staff they have are amazing but store hygiene is lacking all over. Not enough bodies to clean the place. It's a shame the franchisee isn't investing in more staff for simple things like keeping the floor clean... Or toilet... Or drink fountain... Or play area.
Big thanks to the guys holding the fort currently, friendly and helpful dudes.

For years, I have occasionally gone through the drive-thru of this McDonald’s. During my recent visit, I waited several minutes for employees to take my order and to hand over my food. I do understand that this restaurant probably needs to hire more employees in this challenging economy. The recent two employees correctly processed my payment, cooked my food, and packaged my food. At the end of the service, they politely thanked me.

The new remodel is fantastic, and everything is very modern. The play place is new and clean and is made in such a way that it is not disgusting like the old one. They have the new digital/tablet ordering system, and even comfortable chairs at the round tables. This is our new stop for taking the kids somewhere to play when the weather is unfavorable.
