City View I absolutely amazing! The management team is the kindest and most helpful I’ve ever had. The maintenance staff takes care of any issue I have right away (even though I never have any issues really). The management team is constantly throwing events for the residents such as pool parties, bingo, and food trucks right to our front door! It really shows that they care about the building and the people that live there. City View also recently upgraded its sports courts to now include a multi sport complex, which is great for my friends and I who love to play Pickleball. After pickleball it’s super relaxing to hop right into the giant pool at City View. City View has even brought in a bunch of floats for the residents to use which saves me from dragging mine to and from my apartment! On top of that, (I know how can it get better) City View has 24/7 security and an entire gated in community, which makes me feel safe and secluded from the busy downtown. There’s also plenty of grass areas and a gated dog park for me to play with my puppy! The building is right downtown, has private security, has the best management team, has the best amenities of any downtown apartment complex, and is still affordable. It’s definitely home for sure.

Beautiful view and Modern building designed by Architect I. M. Pai. The staff is genuine and kind. In May 2023, a brand new private pickle ball/tennis/basketball court was added to compliment an already amazing outdoor pool, picnic and dog walking area that is completely gated and private. Also add a complete modern gym. Central location can get to any part of city in fifteen minutes. Pet friendly and child friendly. Very positive environment!

Overall five star experience, our leasing agent Rhumaud was attentive and understanding. Some intangibles worth mentioning: -The policy of simply breaking down large cardboard boxes and stacking them on trash room floor (one tends to have a lot of those on move-in) greatly expedited the move-in process. -The maintenance staff appear to work very hard. The aforementioned boxes were cleared multiple times during the course of our move in, and the painter that came to touch up a few things was incredibly efficient, clean, and personable.

I leased an apartment for my son while he was attending college; I did not live here myself. My review is focused on the ease of leasing and working with the staff long distance. Ronnilyn was very responsive and made everything very clear and easy (move in/out, lease extension, etc.). Not every place is easy to work with from out of state and I appreciated Ronnilyn's communication very much.

When you think about the word value, City View is one of the best out there. The management and staff are wonderful people who care about everyones well-being first and foremost. I am a younger individual and appreciate the sense of community at City View as well, with pets and residents of all ages. In a building of this size, you can’t expect everything to be seamless, but it comes close. A helpful tip - I find the middle levels of the building to be favorable for things like lobby/laundry proximity. With all of that being said, I lived in city view for a full year in 2022-2023 and have had a great experience. Thanks to all!
