Can I just say how much I appreciate the people that work here! They’re always slammed at night but they’re always working as fast as they can, but a special shout-out to the morning crew because they are always EXTREMELY pleasant. I thought it was just the one person but every time i go it’s someone different- i’m not sure what they put in their coffee but I want it because I don’t think I could be that kind working in a drive through. And it’s not because they’re doing it because they’re trying to calm down an angry customer or anything- they just all seem like really nice people. Morning Crew could kick me down a flight of stairs and I would still say thank you. again, not meant to shade the crew during peak, you guys are put through the ringer and we appreciate it

The service was quick the people were nice but the one thing I have to say is that they never listen in drive thru’s I ordered a chicken burrito and got beef on it… but we went inside and the man was very nice offered me a sulshie and 2 Free burritos I have to say it was pretty nice but I still wanna give 4 stars.

We were coming from out of state to visit a college for my son. We ordered two beef taco salads. After we got back to our hotel, We realized our taco salads had no beef, they were over loaded with lettuce. My shell was broken in half, making it a little harder to mix it up. My husband's shell was broken also. The Mexi-melt had probably about half of what it normally should have. We called and spoke with the manager, Annette, and she offered us a refund. We went back the next day and got a refund of $17. The taco salads were like seven dollars each. Mistakes were made but they fixed them with no issues.
