Restaurant was great but the service was amazing. The manager Gustavo went WAY above and BEYOND to create ensure a happy customer. Very impressed and grateful for the experience he helped create for me and my girlfriend. Definitely would recommend.

Six of us celebrated three birthdays at Carson on Oct. 17. The service and food were the best amongst the fine dinning in the DFW area. We will recommend it highly and you will not be disappointed. We will be back for any occasion.

We went here on Saturday night where a dancing group were having their awards ceremony and the service was still top notch. Kasey was our server and she was very attentive. The food (the board, short rib, flat bread, chocolate cake) and the wine were great. My wife and I will be back.

Their Mother's Day Brunch was amazing. My favorites were the beef au jus and the grilled shrimp. The idea of constructing the desserts on the small side made it easier to sample the whole array of treats. The staff was attentive and friendly even took the time to engage with our little ones.
