The food is here excellent! Customer service is great! I work across the street from here and come here for lunch pretty often! I never have to wait long for my food and they make sure my meal is prepared to my liking! Great quality food and service.

Had a great time at this location fresh food and excellent customer service. Best chicken strips there is, spicy or regular I’m always in the mood for it. The Fish was fried to perfection and perfect sides.Will be coming here back again.5 star recommendation

This is an excellent Golden Chick! Bathroom, counters, and sitting area were very. The staff was friendly and attentive my needs. The food was great! Hot 🔥 & fresh. 😁

My go-to for chicken tenders. Better than Canes to me. However they did mess up my order a few times here... chicken still juicy though.

We had a great experience at this Golden Chick when we recently ate here for lunch. The restaurant was very clean, the entire front facing staff was kind and helpful, and the food was delicious.

Usually pretty good food and fast food. Customer service may not always be great but it’s very well worth it....
I came here today 09/02/2020 and ordered chicken strips and somehow instead of gravy I got mashed potatoes. I called to let them know and the guy asked me "well what do you want me to do?".. I nearly cursed him out with his smart mouth but I let it slide. I understand that mistakes happen but he didn’t have to get smart with me... After 3 years of visiting here, I’m not sure if I’ll visit again. I love Golden Chick so I’ll probably continue to go to the location on Independence which is a better consistent experience. And I didn’t get any straws for my 3 drinks.
07/04/2021… Came here and ordered chicken strips and gravy. Found a hair floating in my gravy and no one in my household has this strand of hair or even that length. I almost vomited when I saw this…. Gross
