Mcdonald's

Put in a order for a breakfast order ask for a biscuit and a orange juice I was given a sandwich without the orange juice.. I was asking for my orange juice. So they assumed that I did not have any money. The Hispanic person at the window being smart said everything is expensive everything I s not a dollar. I work two jobs. How hard is it to get the order right. How hard is it to be nice. Every body is not looking for a hand out. I will never go to a mc Donald again. They are SAD all they had to do is add the orange juice. All that lip was not. Necessary. She need to be fired. No customer service at all. If you go there check your order. I will never go there again.

Sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes with no one ahead of you is crazy. When I pulled around to the window the young lady was on her personal cellphone. The employees here do not greet you or even acknowledge you when you speak to them. They need a lot of training on customer service and professionalism.

Swung in for a late night snack. Drive thru guy was palpably annoyed having to take an order of 3 items total. Then I had to repeat the same order back to him, he clearly missed it being too annoyed. This order included 2 large drinks and a mcdouble(no onion). Finally get to the window and he's wearing sunglasses at midnight in the store. He mumbled my total and nothing else. Get to the 2nd window and the next guy doesn't even really acknowledge me, basically tossing drinks out, then the bag, and promptly shut the window on me. Then I get to open the burger, stale bun, only 1 pickle for the whole sandwich, and worst of all...already room temp like it had been sitting out. As in, not even under a warming lamp. McDonald's, I have been seeing this kind of trend with most locations in Dallas. Prices are rising, and your quality is slipping. It's getting to the point where you can go and eat in a sitdown establishment for the same price. At least in the other restaurants I'd be surprised when I dont end up with a botched order, or have the ability to get food that's actually prepared right. Going to a McDonalds is like playing Russian Roulette, you know theres a high chance things will go wrong in some way. Ice cream machine - nope fresh hot fries - barely proper ratio soda - Ha!

Finally after 3 years in the US I found some vegetarian option at McD. I had ordered a McPlant meal which had plant based burger which was very delicious, a medium fries and a frappe.. All of my food items were super yummy😋But recently I got to know when I was trying to place the same order again, that McPlant burger has been removed from the menu☹️ This was the only burger for vegetarians like me and that too is removed now. 😞 Can McD please bring this item again ?

First the app allowed me to make an order i couldn't get. Then the person at the drive through speaker left me sitting there for a long time with no getting. Then she couldn't tell me how to cancel my mobile order to get my money back. I finally get an order made and get to the window to see her on her personal phone, which shed stays on while I sit at her window waiting to pay. Thanks for wasting most of my lunch break for your person phone call. Terrible experience. I wish the location closer to my job at The Star on legacy stayed open 24 hours. At least there I get good service.
