Bad food and worst attitude. The person on the counter has no sense of respect for others. They didn't ask for spicy level (as I wanted to have the lowest for my kid). The curry, that was not spicy, was sweet. Overall couldn't eat any curries. We personally requested for mild spicy food but they started teasing us. The person at the reception said that they cannot make special food for us and have to eat whatever offered. He said we entertain 100's of customer so cannot customize for everyone. In short, Rude, bad food and cold response (no sorry). Please please avoid if you don't want to ruin your day. Hope someday they will learn politeness.

The folks who run the place need to attend a Professional Customer Service Training. Their attitude is so casual and they don't seem to be excited at working there. We were not even greeted when we entered (if I was a secret shopper they would have failed miserably). An interesting thing we noticed was that they were more friendly to folks they knew which kind of irritated us more because it kind of seemed that they didn't care at all for new customers. The food was decent. We tried a few things - couple things did not turn out to what we had in mind. Couple other things were good. We drove a long way to this place just to try them out and their uncaring and unprofessional service ensured that we wont be visiting them anytime soon. Final thing - we were not even thanked for our business nor asked to come back again. So that's how we will keep it.

We visited Indian Flavors today. Closing time was 9pm. Got there about 8:35pm when the sign still indicated that they were open. Got seated with my parents, wife and 6 month old daughter. My wife started feeding our daughter while I went to the counter to place the order. We were told that they were closed. Time was 8:40pm. The family that ordered a minute before us was serviced. I can understand them saying that a certain item takes longer to prepare and hence is not available. The gentleman at the counter just said no orders and walked into the kitchen. I was certainly surprised. We had stop feeding our daughter midway at walk out. This is certainly bad customer service in general. Seems they don't care about getting business or retaining business. I used to go there 1 - 2 times a month. Never again. They should just change their closing time to earlier so people can plan accordingly.

The food is fine, but their attitude is not. They usually don't trust or favor people who are not from their native land. There attitude reflect as if they are doing some favor by serving food. One of my past experience, I humbly requested for change in curry (in thali) because of some allergy issues but they embarrassed me by making fun of their past customers. However, you will see them customizing curries to some customers (as inquired from my friends) I used to be regular customer but will not go there again unless they learn how to talk decent to a customer. Thali for to-go is also highly expensive. Please avoid if possible.

Dont expect any customer service at this restaurant. It is a fast food restaurant. Self serve kind of system. Not a good place for a date. But if you like Gujarati food which taste like close to home made food then this is the place for you. The rotis here are just like home made Gujarati rotis which are hard to find in USA. The food is good most of the time. The snacks and fast food items are not fresh but the thaali is mostly fresh in the afternoon and they make the subzis and rotis everyday. So overall this is not a bad restaurant.

First they don't speak English. Only language they can speak is something you do not understand. One corner table is dedicated to owner's family. Some food items in the menu are not bad at all. But never ever try the Gulfi or anything in that Freezer for that matter. Nothing professional in this restaurant. City should have a policy that at least the person who takes the order should speak English.

Very poor customer service. Family owned and operated. Overpriced. Kashta kachori and samosa are good sometimes. Not spicy food. The buttermilk, which they give with thali is more like water. One day we reached at 8.30 pm, half an hour before closing; the man at counter was busy with his billing machine and after 10 mins, roughly at 8.40 pm, 20 mins before closing he says "we are closed"
