Wetzel's Pretzels

I came in 15 minutes before closing. I was denied service. Then a gentleman who I now know (was a employee’s boyfriend) was able to place an order and receive his food. When I pointed out the unfairness of me being there before him and not being able to place an order I was ignored, ridiculed, and not taken seriously. I found it extremely rude and disrespectful. I have worked fast food in my teens and I understand how much work goes into helping run the front. With that please know I have NEVER treated someone so poorly and disregarded all of their valid concerns. I’m seriously disappointed and I didn’t deserve to be treated like that. The name of the incredibly rude woman I spoke with was Aricelle.

The pretzel itself is not made to order. It rests under a heating lamp too be dried out. And then when a customer makes a purchase they remove the dry pretzel and brush butter on top and flip it around in whatever topping you request. Our pretzel looked really good, but it was extremely thick, dry & inedible. We order the cinnamon and sugar. The sample was really good, so we decided to get some. Next time, we will ask for a fresh pretzel.
