Wendy's

I just left this location and I’m very disappointed I order fries and this is what I got. 50% of my fries were chopped up and I didn’t notice until I got home. It’s concerning that an employee would even fill up a container of fries like this, they are literally diced and some smudged together. I’m definitely not coming back here, it’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!!

We went here for the salad today as SHE who cashes my retirement check wanted a salad. She has eaten at other Wendy locations and like their salad choices. Our salads were pretty good for what would be considered a hamburger fast food restaurant. Most customers we saw during weekday lunch hour were drive thru. There were enough customers so I don't think the Yelp ratings are a true reflection on this location. I like the mix/match soft drink machine; see photo. Best news about this location is that it is optional for customer's to wear a mask. The staff was wearing one.

The Wendy’s motto is “Good Done Right”. Unfortunately, the motto at this location is “Bad done right”. The menu outside was for breakfast. We placed our orders at the drive thru for breakfast and received lunch. The menu had not been changed over the lunch shift. We were perplexed with the higher prices but the person who served us gave attitude and treated us like idiots who didn’t know how to add. Instead of acknowledging the mistake she was defensive of her laziness to change the menu. Very disappointed.

Busy hour but the line went by very fast. Clean and love the fire place addition. Tried something new on the menu ( maple bacon chicken sandwich on a crescent ) once you got me at 🍁 am hooked. Delicious just the right amount of maple flavoring and the chicken very tender and juicy. You won me Wendy's
