Food had decent flavor, but service is terrible. We're vegetarian, and they served us chicken tikka masala instead of paneer. We even SAID we were vegetarian. Been sitting here 20 minutes finished with dinner, with dirty dishes, and no one has brought a bill or checked to see if we want anything else. Didn't offer compensation for our accidentally eating meat. There are so many good Indian restaurants around, I won't be wasting another trip here. Now 30 minutes. We're the only people in here and we are still being ignored. Finally got out when my husband walked up to the counter to pay. 2 people were at the counter completely ignoring us. Unbelievable. Never going back.

Worst experience ever. Had to wait for starters for about 30-35 mins, hardly anyone to even take order; just one guy running around to take order as well as serve food. We had ordered 1 starter, 2 curries and 4 plates of bread; got starter, 1 curry and rice after 30 mins; then had to wait for another 20 mins to get rest of the order (after reminding them twice). Who eats cold food in restaurant?! I had unfortunate situation to use their restroom (for my kid). They don't have soap dispenser! There was big refill bottle (with all worst stains on it). Over all I would surely NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.

Wanted to try the weekend lunch buffet that starts at 11:30, and Twice, the food was not ready even by 11:40-11:50. On the second try, even the dining area was not ready, but yet they had their door open. No one helped us on either visit either. Very awkward. On the other hand, I went once for dinner, and the food was good.

I had a lunch party at the banquet hall for about 80-85 people here and the experience was horrible. It looks like there was a party the night before and there was no cleanup afterwards. The floors were sticky, place reeked of alcohol.There were balloons from the night before and there was a cup with a balloon tie in it and a dead cricket inside it !!! The manager promised that the hall will hold up to 120 people, but it barely held 80. There were no servers and we paid gratuity of 18% per head. All the staff serving food were shabbily dressed and looks like canon fodder for the customers to yell at when the manager messed up. The manager did not answer my calls the night before. The banquet is BYOB and as soon as the drinks arrived they put $48 worth of our drinks in their fridge (may be to keep it cold, or may be to hide it...I don't know...I did not make that request). There was absolutely no organization to the serving line. They seem to get basics wrong, they put the dessert out before the main course. The serving line had the plates next to the desserts first, and the appetizers were at the end of the table creating a log jam of people. The food is supposed to be ready by 12:30 PM but there were only appetizers out at the beginning. The whole experience was horrible and this place should be out of the catering game. Food: They supposedly served "biriyani" that was basically rice mixed with chicken curry, and potatoes...not sure if it was chicken - potato biriyani. chicken tikka masala was chicken pieces thrown in a gravy. We had to wait for food to be refilled multiple times and I had to walk back into the kitchen and the attached restaurant kitchen next door to ask for food. Manager left mid-event after he knew that we were getting upset. They did not have enough plates and no place to keep the dirty plates. Our tables were not cleaned and the guests had to drop the plates in a tub. In the end, they ran out of ceramic plates they promised and gave us paper plates. also, they claimed they did not have enough steel spoons and forks, had to make do with plastic ones. They conned us and do not believe any pictures you see on the internet. Its all a lie.

Manager/cook wanted cash upfront for banquet hall rental, he wanted it transferred through walmart cash service and refuse to meet face to face many times. There is no contract and only a receipt is given.....i took my money back and left. Demanded gratuity upfront...I asked around, they have a very bad reputation, they are also illegally using the logo of a famous restaurant chain to confuse customers....restaurant is in a good location but very unprofessional service.

This place is awesome! I stayed at the Staybridge Suites for five nights. I went Nandhini three times. I would have went five times but there was a company dinner and they were closed Tuesday. The food was excellent and the owner was all over the service and making sure everything was great. I just wish the restaurant was in Phoenix.
