Dunkin'

This Dunkin location needs improvement. Top priority should be giving customers great customer service, or at least try, making them want to come. Everyone has bad days, but no one will like to hear on the drive thru speaker someone rushing them to finish ordering, and asking in a rude way, "anything else?" Rude person on speaker. My thing is, if you hate your job, just quit instead of making other people upset/uncomfortable. ORDERED VANILLA FILLING, AND GOT CHOCOLATE! PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS ORDERS!!!

I am sooooo Disappointed yet again in Dunkin. Not only did I try a new location because the Frisco Preston location does not know how to make coffee this location was even WORST! I have never had such a burnt old cup of coffee at 9:48 am. What makes you think I want to drink OLD coffee. You lost me as a customer Permanently. I am from New England and you should not be allowed to call yourself Dunkin.

I pulled up to the drive through and I just said hello and she said one moment please which is understandable. 5 mins later I said hi again and she started yelling at me and I said u don’t have to be rude and she started yelling at me even more. I said I would like to talk to the manager as I have no right be yelled at for being as polite as possible by greeting with a simple hello. Then she yelled “I am the manager”. I couldn’t believe it.

Rude customer service at the drive thru which ruined my morning. I said "hello" at the drive thru speaker, no response. I said "hello" again to see if someone was there, waited a bit for a response but still no answer so I just assumed the speaker wasn't working and proceeded to go to the drive thru window since there were cars at the back too. "Hi, I'm not sure if your speaker is working-" i said but I was rudely cut off by the person handling the orders. "I did not tell you it's ok to come up front!" was the first thing she said in a rude tone. I tried to tell her nicely that no one was answering and she said "You just couldn't wait! We are working as hard as we can and you just couldn't wait." She did take in my order though which was just 2 items but she looked so inconvenienced. That is not the way you treat customers at the drive thru. It's a drive thru, everyone has places to go and just want a quick snack. I've no problem waiting for my turn to order if the staff are busy but not communicating/answering customers on tjme and talking to them with an attitude is horrible for the business. How are people supposed to know when to wait if you don't tell them? Also, they weren't that understaffed at that time. If you're having a terrible day at your job you don't take it out on the customers who just want to be serviced timely and professionally.
