I don't leave reviews for fast food but I just had too for this McDonald's. First it was very clean. All the tables were wiped clean. The high chairs were also clean. Normally they are all sticky and gross and you hate to put your kid in them, not this seat! Then to top it all off the lady that took our order brought the food to our table. I haven't seen that since I was a kid. Way to go McDonald's of Plano TX

The service was great, the food looked great, the burger was definitely over priced. I really hate McDonald's food and haven't had a burger from them since I was a child. I gave it another shot and clearly I wasn't made for McDonald's. My review of the location? They were awesome! I just cannot stomach McDonald's burgers or fries🤢

AVOID this location. We were treated rudely by employee when our order was completely wrong. Instead of correcting our order we were told to drive through and reorder. After doing that and giving back wrong order they refused to refund money and we were charged for both orders. After picking up second order and heading down Park we opened the happy meal box to find it contained a hamburger and no fries. We ordered and paid for a six piece chicken nugget happy meal. Never again.

Me & my wife were regular customers here until our last visit (Aug 2) and was served a HORRIBLE Iced Caramel Macchiatto (x 2) and will never ever waste my hard earned $$ money. It was truly disappointing, I wanted to go back and return their drink but we had our baby in the carseat and we were in a rush. Anyways, if we're paying their price (whatever they're asking for their food), we deserve the best possible service and quality. Chick-Fil-A is not even half a mile from this place and is now my preferred take out. I would still go to Mcdonalds Midway, but not this branch because of their unprofessional staff who don't have any will to serve their customers. Bad Staff / Bad Hires = Poor Customer Service = Poor Business… Good Luck!!!

I always have a great experience at this location hence i made my go to for mcdonalds food!! didnt matter what time and day it was, their service was fast!! but this time i waited for 20mins for 1 cookie (they asked me to wait on spot for the drive thru which i did for 20mins and still no one showed up) what's with the delay ??? if you started baking it just then you could have informed that it may take mins to get them out.!! disappointed, just drove off ($0.79 given to donation)

Dear manager, please have a discussion with your employees about the word plain. And also dont go and get in people's face infront of their kids I know how to control my emotions. Don't be upset because I find it funny 3 people have to pour 4 sundaes to get it right. Manager actually walked up stuck her greasy face out the window and told me she didn't take the order. I said I don't care who took the order I just want my kids sundae.

I normally have a great experience at this store. Usually have fast fresh food. However today I had a bad experience. I ordered their double bacon smokehouse burger. Large combo. I took a few bites of the burger and noticed that while it was very tasty it was also under cooked. I tore a chunk out of the burger to reveal bright pink meat. Now I do enjoy a medium well burger but this was more on the rare side. I could not finish my food just because of safety concerns from how the patty was prepared.
